Overview

Novant Health is adding a new Physician to our outpatient primary care team at Monroe Family Medical. This individual can be Family Medicine or Internal Medicine and we welcome both experienced and new graduates to apply. Our team has been a key part of the Monroe community for decades and we proudly serve multiple generations of several families of our community.

Monroe, NC is a southern suburb of Charlotte, NC, known as a family-friendly community. We are open Monday–Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. You can enjoy working either a 4-day or 4 1/2-day work week. Monroe is less than 45 minutes from Charlotte offering access to dining, shopping, parks, greenways, sports, museums/theater, and a large international airport.
