What You'll Do

Depending on the engagement, responsibilities may include:

+ Processing high-volume AP invoices and expense reports

+ Performing 2-way and 3-way match

+ Managing vendor inquiries, reconciliations, and escalations

+ Supporting AP month-end close processes

+ Assisting with ERP conversions, workflow redesign, or AP automation initiatives

+ Maintaining accurate accounting records and documentation

+ Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to resolve discrepancies and improve AP processes

Requirements

Requirements:

+ Minimum 2+ years of Accounts Payable or AP Analyst experience

+ Strong understanding of AP processes, controls, and invoice flow

+

Experience with SAP, Oracle, Net Suite, JD Edwards, Microsoft Dynamics, or other major ERP systems (SAP highly preferred)

+ Ability to work onsite 5 days/week in the Charlotte area

+ Adaptability, attention to detail, proactive-mindset, curiosity, and the desire to grow your skill set across multiple industries

+ Strong communication written and verbal

The amount of Choice Time Off (CTO) received varies based on years of service and is pro-rated based on the hours worked per week. A new FTEP employee earns up to 13 days of CTO and up to 10 paid holidays per calendar year. Learn more at
