Pride Now is currently hiring a Bilingual Electric Pallet Jack Operator for one of our food distribution clients located in Monroe Township, NJ. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering stable hours and overtime availability.

• Monday through Friday
• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Overtime available as needed

• Accurately pick orders using order sheets to ensure correct product selection and customer satisfaction
• Select, organize, and stack merchandise onto pallets for shipment
• Operate a ride‑along electric pallet jack safely and efficiently
• Locate, count, and verify product inventory; report shortages as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety guidelines
• Work collaboratively in a team‑oriented warehouse environment

• Minimum 1–2 years of order picking experience in a food distribution or warehouse environment
• Ride‑along electric pallet jack experience required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed
