• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations.
• Respond calmly to incidents and critical situations, supporting a secure environment.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, deterring unauthorized activity and identifying potential issues.
• Observe and report any unusual or suspicious activities, hazards, or security incidents.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entry/exit points, verifying credentials, and maintaining order.
• Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and site personnel to address concerns.
• Complete required documentation and incident reports accurately and timely.

• Proof of high school diploma or GED.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• State, county or city issued security license preferred.
• X‑ray screening experience preferred.
• At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required.
• Applications with criminal histories will be considered in accordance with law.
• Drug screen required as permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements subject to state/local laws.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.
