- Evaluate and treat acute & chronic pain conditions in an outpatient setting
- Develop individualized, patient-centered treatment plans
- Perform interventional pain procedures (injections, image-guided techniques)
- Collaborate with rehab, chiropractic, and therapy teams
- Monitor outcomes and adjust care plans as needed
- Educate patients on pain management strategies
- Participate in clinical meetings and quality initiatives
- MD or DO from an accredited institution
- Board Certified / Board Eligible in Pain Medicine, Anesthesiology, PM&R, or related specialty
- Experience with interventional pain procedures
- Strong clinical judgment and team-based care approach
- Active state medical license (or ability to obtain)
