Provide customer service to onsite personnel and visitors by following access control procedures;
Control entry and exit at designated access points by checking identification, validating credentials, issuing temporary badges, and maintaining visitor logs and access records;
Monitor alarms, cameras, and access control systems, and report irregular activity and/or system issues;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating notifications and documenting events for management review;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter to deter unauthorized entry and security-related incidents
