• Utilize Farm Hand to receive communication and tasks from corporate office and store management.
• Greet customers as they enter or exit the store and interact with them in a pleasant and positive manner.
• Solicit customers to sign up for Family Farm and Home Programs, i.e., Loyalty program, Extended Warranties, Add‑on Initiative, Financing and Item of the Month cea?
• Answer phone calls in a professional manner; approach and assist customers in store, on Family Farm and Home supported internet sites, and process special orders.
• Utilize POS to checkout customers and follow all cash‑handling processes and procedures.
• Utilize On the Go to complete POGs and Mass layouts in the correct locations per the store layout.
• Utilize Harvester to complete online customer orders.
• Understand, support, and solicit customers to use financing options and use current financing websites to complete customer credit inquiries.
• Assist in setting promotional signage, price changes,ிகள? clearance prices, and other in‑store signage as directed by store management or company officials.
• Assist in freight, recovery and out‑of‑stock processes.
• Achieve passing scores on corporate store audits, assessments, and store walks.
