Overview

As a Registered Nurse at Ohioans Home Health, you will play a key role in an organization with a reputation for unsurpassed quality care and a close-knit, family-friendly culture. You will provide exceptional services in the Monroe, MI area and be responsible for general nursing care, assessment, planning and patient education.
We rely on you to assess, plan and implement patient care; educate patients and families on disease processes, procedures and medications; and address various patient needs, including, but not limited to, IVs, PICC lines, lab draws, wound care, trachs, G/J tubes, Foley catheters and medication administration.
Responsibilities- Assess, plan and implement patient care in the home health setting.
- Educate patients and families on disease processes, procedures and medications.
- Address patient needs such as IVs, PICC lines, lab draws, wound care, trachs, G/J tubes, Foley catheters and medication administration.
- Collaborate with Case Managers and other team members to coordinate care and ensure continuity of care for patients.

Requirements- One year of acute care experience
- Current RN state licensure
- CPR certification
- Ability to travel for in-home patient visits
- Exceptional time-management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Home healthcare/case management experience preferred
