Industrial-Mechanical Technician - 1st Shift - Monroe

Advanced Heat Treat Corp. has been in the heat treat industry for 40+ years.

The Industrial-Mechanical Technician provides maintenance support throughout the organization.

Assists with high‑voltage and low‑voltage systems, motors, bearings, pumps, valves, controllers, and blueprints. Conducts maintenance support tasks, follows safety initiatives, and ensures regulatory compliance.

• Minimum of a two-year degree in Electronics or Electro-Mechanical Technician Maintenance Technology or Industrial-Mechanical Technology or a related program of study, or a minimum of two years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Experience with ту high-voltage and low-voltage systems, motors and starters, bearings and pulleys, pumps, valves, and controllers.
• Proficient in math.
• Knowledge of high‑voltage industrial equipment, process gases, and water supply systems.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints andmatig schematics.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Proactive in driving safety initiatives and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Capable of passing FIT test for NH3 handling.
