What You’ll Do in This Role:

The Center Operations Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management and coordination of operations within the PACE center, ensuring efficient, high-quality services that support the PACE model of care. They lead and facilitate the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) by ensuring seamless service integration, supporting participant engagement, and promoting a safe, welcoming environment. This position supervises staff, monitors operational performance to achieve service excellence and compliance standards.

The Center Operations Manager plays a critical role in fostering a culture of service excellence that is participant-centered and team-focused.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Lead daily operations of the Day Center to ensure safe, efficient, and participant-centered care aligned with the PACE model.
  • Supervise, schedule, train, and evaluate staff while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Lead and support the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) to ensure coordinated care across medical, behavioral, and psychosocial services.
  • Monitor participant engagement, attendance, and satisfaction; address concerns and drive improvements to the participant experience.
  • Ensure compliance with PACE standards, organizational policies, and state and federal regulations, including accurate documentation.
  • Manage operational budgets and resources to support high-quality care while maintaining fiscal responsibility.
  • Oversee safety, emergency preparedness, and effective communication with participants, families, and internal teams.
  • Provide administrative leadership and operational support, including special projects and coverage as needed.
What You’ll Need:

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in PACE or senior care settings
  • Experience supervising staff and managing daily operations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite Programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Adaptable and flexible to changing priorities and a dynamic work environment
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Possess current CPR certification or within 6 months of employment
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field
