We’re looking for a hands‑on, dependable Maintenance Technician who takes pride in keeping equipment, systems, and facilities operating safely and efficiently. If you enjoy solving problems, working independently, and being a key contributor to plant performance, this is the role for you.
What You’ll Do- Perform preventive maintenance on production and facility equipment
- Change filters on APU units, dye tanks, nickel seals, and other process equipment
- Maintain cooling towers and monitor overall system performance
- Add acid to air scrubbers on a scheduled basis to prevent algae growth
- Monitor and document scrubber pressure drops; report irregularities promptly
- Perform general equipment maintenance and repairs
- Assist with facility upkeep including painting, snow removal, and grounds maintenance
- Support special projects and additional duties as assigned
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with preventive maintenance programs
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Willingness to contribute ideas for improving processes, safety, and efficiency
