Overview
NORTHEAST DELTA HUMAN SERVICES AUTHORITY MISSION: Serve as a catalyst for individuals with mental health, developmental disabilities, and addictive disorders to help them realize their full human potential by offering quality, excellent care with greater accessibility.
Northeast Delta Human Services Authority is seeking an Administrative Coordinator 4 to work as part of a treatment team to provide quality care and reduce the stigma related to Integrated Care services and/or treatment. The incumbent plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of a treatment center dedicated to pregnant women with substance use disorders and their dependent children.
This role independently performs duties requiring a broad knowledge of several clerical fields to relieve the Treatment Center Manager/Staff of routine administrative duties.

Three years of experience in administrative services.
EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION: Every 15 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as six months of experience. The official job specifications for this role, as defined by the State Civil Service, can be found here

Job Duties:
- Establishes fees for new consumers according to agency guidelines. Enters information relates to income, benefits, and dependents into CT One.
- Verifies and documents Medicare, Medicaid, and other insurance coverages, scans copies of insurance cards into CT One, and accepts payments from consumers and provide them with receipts.
- Assists Property Control Manager with maintaining inventory of all movable property, as well as conducts and certifies annual property inventory.
- Acts as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing a welcoming and professional environment as well as supports the intake and discharge processes for clients, ensuring all paperwork is completed and filed properly.
- Assists consumers with completing the Medicaid application process.
- Helps coordinate special events, workshops, or community outreach initiatives.

Appointment Type: Probational, Promotional, Demotion, Lateral Transfer, or Detail to Special Duty
Location: RISE Treatment Facility (Monroe)
Compensation: NEDHSA is a designated approved National Health Service Corps (NHSC) site. Clinicians who work at NHSC-approved sites are eligible to apply to the NHSC Loan Repayment Program to pay off student loans.
- 2-year Full-Time Clinical Practice: NHSC will pay up to $50,000
* for an initial 2 years of full-time clinical practice to clinicians.
(Full-time clinical practice is defined as no less than 40 hours per week, for a minimum of 45 weeks per year.)
