Overview
Northeast Delta Human Services Authority is seeking a Social Worker 4 to lead the development and implementation of advanced, individualized case management and treatment plans. In this role, you'll work closely with individuals and families to address complex needs, challenges, and emotional or behavioral concerns, helping them navigate toward healthier, more stable lives. Responsibilities- Works with a treatment team to provide quality care and reduce the stigma surrounding behavioral health (mental health and substance use) treatment. Utilizes community resources and referrals to a care manager and provides psychiatric assistance to consumers with a behavioral health diagnosis.
- Provides ongoing therapy, including crisis intervention, to individuals and families in one-on-one and/or group treatment.
- Plans, prioritizes, and manages clinical treatment services for complex behavioral health cases, including initial biopsychosocial assessments, annual reassessments, ASIs, and all assigned screening tools in accordance with NEDHSA policy.
- Develops and implements treatment plans for consumers receiving services related to a behavioral health diagnosis, in accordance with LDH guidelines.
- Attends in-service trainings for staff, completes required trainings promptly, and assists with data collection for the TOMS and QOC surveys as assigned.

Location: Monroe Behavioral Health Clinic
Compensation: NEDHSA is a designated NHSC site. Clinicians at NHSC-approved sites may apply to the NHSC Loan Repayment Program to repay student loans.
- 2-year Full-Time Clinical Practice: NHSC may provide up to $50,000 for an initial 2 years of full-time clinical practice (minimum 40 hours per week, for at least 45 weeks per year).
No Civil Service test score is required to be considered for this vacancy.
