Personal Care Assistant

University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant to join our team in Monroe, MI. This role involves providing high-quality personal care and support to individuals in their homes, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.

• Assist clients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of clients at all times.
• Monitor client health and report any changes to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided.
• Follow individualized care plans and adhere to company policies and procedures.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Two forms of valid ids
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes.
• Compassionate, patient, and attentive to client needs.

• Competitive hourly wage of $14.00 - $17.00, paid twice a month.
