Family Support Partner – Full-Time or Part-Time
Monroe, WA
Compass Health is seeking a Family Support Partner to join our WISe (Wraparound with Intensive Services) team in Monroe! Our WISe team is a small, compassionate and collaborative group supporting youth and families in a tight-knit community just 25 minutes from Everett and 40 minutes from Seattle.
WISe ApproachWISe is a community-based, team-driven approach that centers the family's voice and strengths. It supports Medicaid-eligible youth (up to age 21) with complex mental health needs to remain stable in their homes, schools, and communities.
What You’ll Do- Support parents/caregivers as a peer with shared lived experience.
- Help families navigate systems, build advocacy skills, and access resources.
- Work one-on-one in homes, schools, and the community.
- Provide a strength-based, culturally informed approach to care.
- Collaborate closely with a multi-disciplinary team in a flexible, mobile role.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required (AA/BA in a related field preferred)
- Must be 21 years of age
- Lived experience parenting a child with behavioral health needs
- Completion of DOH Certified Peer Counselor online modules prior to start
- In-person CPC certification within 90 days of hire
- Valid WA driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation
- Peer Counseling or social service background
- Knowledge of child development, parenting techniques, or diverse family systems
- Strong, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Medical, dental & vision insurance at NO COST for full-time employees
