Location: Monroe, LA (routes primarily in Holy Ridge, with stops at Winnsboro Waste Treatment Plant)
Schedule: 40–60 hours per week

Holy Dippers is a growing utility services company specializing in water delivery and waste removal for commercial and industrial clients. We are looking for dependable drivers to join our team and help service our Louisiana routes.

As a CDL Driver with Holy Dippers, you will be responsible for safely hauling water and/or waste along established routes. Most work is local between Holy Ridge, Monroe, and Winnsboro. Drivers must either live within commuting distance or take advantage of our provided housing in Monroe, LA.

• 1099 Subcontractor: $35/hour (must provide COI and own big rig truck when additional hauling is required).
• W-2 Employee (Payroll): $28/hour (Holy Dippers covers overhead costs).

• Company water/waste trucks for regular routes.
• Tanks, pumps, and hoses when your own truck is needed for hauling.
• Free housing for non-local drivers (open floor plan with sectioned-off bed areas).
• Steady work with 40–60 hours per week.

• Safely transport water and waste materials to designated locations.
• Ensure compliance with all local and federal transportation regulations.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on vehicles.
• Contribute to team goals while being accountable for individual performance.
• Strive for continuous improvement in delivery processes.
• Maintain accurate logs of deliveries and pickups.
• Participate in professional development and training opportunities.
• Report any issues or incidents promptly to management.
• Ensure high visibility of work activity and results.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients regarding delivery schedules.
• Utilize pipelines to assess and improve delivery efficiency.
• Adapt to changing routes and schedules as needed.

• Valid CDL (Class B required).
• Must have own big rig truck and Certificate of Insurance (COI) for subcontractor pay option.
• Ability to work 40–60 hours per week.
• Live within commuting distance of Monroe, LA, or stay in company housing.
• Strong driving record and commitment to safety.
• Prior experience in waste or water hauling preferred, but not required — training provided for reliable, skilled drivers.
