The Shuttle Driver at Jim Taylor Buick GMC in Monroe, Louisiana is responsible for providing excellent customer service by assisting with customers transportation and any errand that may be needed from the Front Main Office. This role ensures that if our customers need transportation to and from while their vehicle is in service department. The Shuttle Driver will report to the Service Manager

• Moving vehicles in and around the service department
• Ensuring shuttle vehicle has gas and parked in the correct location at end of day
• Organizing and maintaining the Shuttle Vehicle
• Assisting customers with any questions or concerns
• Supporting service advisors and technicians as necessary

• Possess a valid driver's license
• Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
