Are you a safety-conscious and detail-oriented Spotter ready to join a team that values efficiency, teamwork, and professionalism? DIHO Consulting is hiring experienced spotters to support warehouse and yard operations for our client in Rayville, Louisiana. You'll play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient movement of trucks and trailers within the facility.

As a Spotter, you will be responsible for coordinating and guiding truck movements in the yard, assisting drivers during backing and docking, and supporting warehouse operations as needed. This role is on-site and requires strong attention to safety and communication.

• Safely guide and direct trucks and trailers during backing, docking, and yard maneuvers.
• Communicate clearly with drivers and yard personnel using hand signals or radios.
• Inspect yard areas for hazards and maintain a safe working environment.
• Assist with trailer placement and ensure proper alignment at loading docks.
• Perform routine checks on yard equipment and report any issues promptly.
• Support warehouse team with loading/unloading or staging materials when required.
• Follow all OSHA and company safety standards.
• Maintain accurate records of trailer movements and yard activity.

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Minimum 1+ year of experience in warehouse, yard, or logistics operations.
• Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions and perform physical tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs).
• Strong communication skills and commitment to safety.
• Basic understanding of yard operations and trailer handling.
• Flexible availability: able to work any shift, overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
