🌟 What You’ll Do- Drive new business growth within an assigned territory through consistent outreach (phone, email, door‑knocking, networking, social media).
- Identify and engage prospective clients; schedule and conduct initial sales calls.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision‑makers.
- Enter and track all activity in the CRM system.
- Nurture prospects through the full sales cycle and convert them into long‑term clients.
- Partner with Route Sales Representatives and internal teammates to ensure customers receive the right solutions and exceptional service.
- Minimum 18 months of B2B sales experience focused on new account generation.
- Proven success developing new business and generating leads within a territory.
- High School Diploma/GED preferred: bachelor’s degree required.
- Valid driver’s license; must be at least 21 years old.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
