Position Summary
What you’ll do and how you’ll contribute to the team.
Responsibilities- Be a Team Member:
Maintains up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise; collaborates with cross-functional teams; educates other associates on tools, tasks, and resources; communicates effectively with the team; and remains flexible to work in other areas as needed. - Be an Expert:
Prepares food according to item specifications; plans future productions and mass productions; prepares for seasonality; adheres to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, and inventory management; operates, maintains, and sanitizes equipment; demonstrates understanding of product and layout execution. - Be a Techie:
Uses digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement; uses handheld technology to make decisions related to production, ordering merchandise, receiving club pickup orders, training, and product quality; adapts to new tools and encourages others to use them. - Be an Owner:
Drives area performance; stocks and rotates merchandise; ensures quality and date control; eliminates waste; provides member service by acknowledging members and identifying needs; assists with purchasing decisions and payment types; locates merchandise; resolves member issues and concerns. - Be a Talent Ambassador:
Acts as a brand advocate; develops, influences, and inspires others to work in a respectful, supportive, and team-oriented style; helps identify and remove roadblocks and assist in training. - Compliance:
Follows company policies, procedures, ethics, and integrity standards by implementing action plans; adheres to the Open Door Policy and applies these in executing business processes and practices. - Work Management:
Completes assignments using policies, data, and resources; collaborates with managers, co-workers, customers, and partners; sets priorities and deadlines; communicates progress; identifies improvement opportunities; adapts to change and feedback.

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $23.00, with the actual rate meeting or exceeding applicable minimum wage. Premiums may apply in certain circumstances.
