TM will handle the front of the store. The primary responsibilities include taking orders over the phone, in the lobby, and drive thru window. TM will be trained in detail to work the order screen, know how to move through the screen, correctly make an order, cash an order out, and prepare orders for driver and dispatch for them. TM will also prep some food for the rush.
