Assistant Store Manager

Overview

Assistant Store Manager – Spencer’s / Spirit Halloween at Pecanland Mall, Monroe, LA. Full-time position. The role supports the Store Manager in operations, drives sales and profitability, and supervises staff to ensure excellent guest services and effective merchandising and inventory control.

• Establish and maintain Guest Services standards.
• Support the Store Manager in daily operations to maximize sales and profitability.
• Develop staff, control expenses and shrinkage.
• Oversee merchandising and inventory control in accordance with company policies and procedures.

• Prior retail and/or management experience required.
• Minimum age: 18 years old.
• The physical demands include standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds for extended periods.

Hourly rate ranges from $15.00 to $15.25, dependent upon qualifications and experience.
