The Nurse Practitioner Clinic examines and treats patients independently and in autonomous collaboration with other health care professionals following established standards and practices. Ensures proper illness and injury care and disease prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and recovery. Relies on education, experience, professional training and judgement to accomplish responsibilities. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Works under minimal supervision under the direction of the collaborating physician, as appropriate.

In addition to performing advanced aesthetic procedures, this role serves as a clinical leader, providing supervision and oversight of Registered Nurses (RNs) delivering aesthetic services under established protocols and in collaboration with the Medical Director. Perform non‑surgical cosmetic procedures including, but not limited to:
Neuromodulators, Dermal fillers, PRP / PRF therapies, Microneedling, laser and energy‑based treatments, conduct comprehensive aesthetic consultations and medical assessments, develop individualized, medically appropriate treatment plans, educate patients on treatment options, risks, benefits, and post‑procedure care, manage complications and adverse events in a timely and appropriate manner, maintain accurate, compliant medical documentation.

• TECHNICAL TASKS
• Demonstrates competence in all aspects of practice within the scope of a family or adult nurse practitioner. Uses appropriate internal and external resources to resolve, meet or exceed patient and family health care needs.
• Demonstrates competency and accuracy in all work tasks, including those directly and indirectly related to patient care, consistently providing nursing care according to established practice guidelines and in conformance to established standards of care and administrative policies ежедневно.
• Identifies common and unusual problems for patient populations in order to develop expected outcomes.
• Maintains current knowledge concerning principles and practice of nursing through current literature, attendance at workshops and seminars, and membership in professional organizations.
• Creates and maintains accurate records, appropriate legal documents and other reports of client care consistent with the requirements of local, state and/or federal regulatory agencies.
• Is responsible for adhering to the Standards of Nursing Practice and developing, or assisting in the development of, quality‑assurance indicators for the practice.
• At all times, maintains complete and accurate record‑keeping of all patient care related activities, assisting’er as necessary in the patient billing process and providing information relative to office visits to appropriate personnel within the office.
• Demonstrates proficiency in the referral process and use of multidisciplinary resources to meet patient needs; maintains, at all times, appropriate channels of communication and harmonious relations with other health‑care providers.
• Demonstrates competence in operation of routine office practice equipment and consistently operates them in a safe fashion.
• Completes requests for office visits, outside patient testing and routine information in an accurate & timely fashion.
• Demonstrates knowledge of corporate policies regarding fire and safety, handling hazardous materials (if applicable) and infection control.
• Participates and contributes to the Quality Assurance and Infection Control Program, as appropriate.
• Ensures appropriate patient assessment and medical clearance prior to aesthetic treatments.
• Reviews and co‑signs documentation as required by practice policy and regulatory standards.
• Be available for escalation of care and management of complications related to RN‑performed services.
