Senior Clinician Recruiter and Relationship Builder

This role administers anesthesia to patients during surgical, obstetrical, and other pain‑producing procedures under physician supervision. The work is conducted in a collaborative model that includes residents, fellows, attendings, and other staff caring for patients.

Applicants will receive a $45,000 sign‑on bonus.

Required – Master’s degree from an American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA) accredited nurse anesthesia program.

• License as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) in the practice state.
• Certification through the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA).
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) from the American Heart Association.

• Computer skills and dexterity for data entry and retrieval of patient information.
• Proficiency with Windows‑style applications and keyboard.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present information clearly and professionally to varying audiences.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule (24/7, weekends, holidays, on‑call).

• Document patient procedures and incidents.
• Assess patients before, during, and after administering anesthesia.
• Ensure patient safety and administer anesthesia following accepted practice techniques.
• Act as a liaison to surgeons, anesthesiologists, co‑workers, patients, and families.
• Participate in department quality assurance initiatives and professional development activities.
• Adapt communication and behavior to the specific patient population.
• Perform other related duties as required.

Medium work – may require lifting 20–50 lb occasionally or 10–25 lb frequently. Must be able to stand for prolonged periods and work in a patient care area with exposure to blood, body fluids, and potential hazards such as radioactive waste, hazardous medications, and contaminated waste.
