This individual will play a key role in ensuring product integrity, customer satisfaction, and audit readiness across the facility.

• Facility Head Count: 400
• Team size: 250

  2 Shifts, M-F
• FDA, USDA, BRC, HACCP

• Oversee all aspects of production within plant
• Training and development of employees
• Coordinate and execute cross-functional initiatives and projects within company

• Bachelor's Degree or equal experience
• 3+ years production management or 5+ years production supervisor experience within food/beverage manufacturing
• Must have experience with USDA
• Must have experience with poultry - Chicken, Turkey, or Duck
