Location: Monroe, LA
Pay: $ 20 - $25+/hr . DOE
Schedule: Must be available to work 6 AM - 6 PM (Usually working 10-hour shifts)

Key Duties:
- Fabricate metal components according to shop drawings and specifications
- Perform welding on sheet metal and thin-gauge materials (MIG welding preferred)
- Read and interpret blueprints, prints, and work orders
- Measure, cut, grind, and assemble metal parts accurately
- Ensure finished products meet quality and safety standards
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
- 2 years of fabrication and TIG welding experience
- Strong welding skills, especially with sheet metal and thinner materials
- Ability to read and understand prints and fabrication drawings
- Construction-related experience and/or knowledge of doors and frames is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and workmanship
- Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
- Able to lift 50 lbs.
- Steel-toes
- Starting wage $20-$25/hour , with flexibility for exceptional candidates
