Maintenance Technician in West Monroe, Louisiana
Schedule:
7AM-7PM Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday
Pay $22+ Based on Experience
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support a manufacturing facility through preventative maintenance, mechanical repairs, equipment troubleshooting, and facility upkeep. This role plays a key part in maintaining plant safety, quality, and reliability.
Key Responsibilities- Perform preventative maintenance and mechanical repairs on production equipment
- Troubleshoot, inspect, and test machinery
- Support building maintenance and special projects
- Follow all safety standards and company values
- High School Diploma or GED required (technical or associate degree preferred)
- 3–5 years of manufacturing maintenance experience (food manufacturing preferred)
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- PLC experience a plus
- Refrigeration and HVAC knowledge a plus
- Basic computer skills (Word, Excel)
- 7AM-7PM
- Flexible to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work in hot or cold environments
