Payand Hours
- Salary: $85,000+ per year
- Schedule: Flexible hours; must be able to work extended hours and weekends as needed

- Manage manpower planning, scheduling, and crew allocation for efficient project execution
- Coordinate with general contractors, client representatives, and company leadership
- Monitor project schedules and milestones to ensure on‑time completion
- Oversee material forecasting, procurement, and inventory management
- Conduct jobsite safety inspections and enforce OSHA compliance
- Support planning, sequencing, and installation strategies for complex electrical systems
- Resolve field challenges through collaboration with project managers and foremen
- Ensure installation practices align with company quality standards

RequiredSkills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Electrical Superintendent in commercial or industrial projects
- Strong leadership, workforce management, and project coordination skills
- In‑depth knowledge of NEC codes and installation sequencing
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the jobsite for extended periods; occasional lifting up to 50 lbs
- Credentials: IBEW Journeyman Wireman required; OSHA 30 required or willing to obtain
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and team‑building abilities
- Lead and supervise field crews to execute project plans efficiently
- Inspect ongoing work for safety and quality compliance
- Manage schedules and adjust manpower as project needs evolve
- Communicate proactively with all stakeholders to ensure project success
