• Proven experience as an Electrical Superintendent in commercial or industrial projects
• Strong leadership, workforce management, and project coordination skills
• In‑depth knowledge of NEC codes and installation sequencing
• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the jobsite for extended periods; occasional lifting up to 50 lbs
• Credentials: IBEW Journeyman Wireman required; OSHA 30 required or willing to obtain
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and team‑building abilities

• Lead and supervise field crews to execute project plans efficiently
• Inspect ongoing work for safety and quality compliance
• Manage schedules and adjust manpower as project needs evolve
• Communicate proactively with all stakeholders to ensure project success
