Lucid Hearing is seeking a full-time, on-site Hearing Instrument Specialist/Audiologist to join our team in Alexandria, Shreveport and Monroe, LA. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service by offering comprehensive hearing evaluations, fitting hearing aids, and delivering customized hearing solutions suited to individual customer needs. Responsibilities include counseling clients on hearing care, maintaining service quality standards, conducting follow-up care appointments, and supporting all aspects of the clinic’s daily operations.

- Provide exceptional customer service by offering comprehensive hearing evaluations and fitting hearing aids, delivering customized hearing solutions suited to individual customer needs.
- Counsel clients on hearing care, maintain service quality standards, conduct follow-up care appointments, and support all aspects of the clinic’s daily operations.
- Assist in achieving clinic goals and ensuring a positive patient experience.
- Possess a valid license as a Hearing Instrument Specialist (HIS) or an Audiologist in Louisiana
- Strong skills in conducting hearing evaluations and fitting hearing aids
- Excellent patient counseling and interpersonal communication abilities
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and maintaining hearing aid devices
- Experience in patient-focused service delivery and commitment to quality care
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn software systems used in audiology practice
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, on-site clinical environment
- Capability to manage clinic operations, including scheduling, reporting, and follow-ups
- Prior experience in audiology, hearing aid dispensing, or hearing health is a plus
