Building Futures Pediatric Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our energetic, fast-paced pediatric therapy team. The COTA will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to assist patients in regaining mobility and function following injury, surgery, or illness. • Associate’s degree from an accredited COTA program.
• Current state license or eligibility to become licensed as a COTA.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Provide Occupational therapy services as directed by the Occupational Therapist.
• Assist in implementing treatment plans for patients of all ages.
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with the therapy team.
• Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and home exercise programs.
• Maintain a safe and clean treatment environment.
• Collaborate with therapists, support staff, and other healthcare providers.
