Pay Rate: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
Shift: 8 AM - 5 PM, Mon - Fri

You will have responsibility for credit decisions, typically at a Regional level, and provide support and customer contact for credit. • 2+ years of experience in an office setting
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
• Knowledge of credit and lien laws in the respective geographic area

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned).

• Approve credit for new applications and updates for existing accounts.
• Overall responsibility and supervision of the credit function.
• Account reconciliation and collection of National/Regional key accounts.
• Investigate and resolve any issues or complaints, including larger accounts and more difficult, complex situations.
• Communicate directly with customers regarding credit status and issues.
• Coordinate collection efforts with severely aged accounts, including filing of liens, bonds, and bankruptcies.
