Our Lady of Fatima Catholic School in Monroe, Louisiana, is seeking a faith-filled and dedicated educational leader to serve as Principal beginning in Summer 2026 for the 2026–2027 academic year

Our Lady of Fatima Catholic School has a long tradition of forming students in faith, academic excellence, and service. Rooted in the mission of the Catholic Church, the school partners closely with families and the parish community to nurture the spiritual, intellectual, and moral development of every child. As a parish school, Our Lady of Fatima is especially committed to ensuring that a Catholic education remains accessible to families from a variety of backgrounds and circumstances within the Monroe community.
After 23 years of devoted service
, our current principal,
Ms. Stephanie Haney
, will conclude her ministry at the end of the current school year. Ms. Haney leaves the position on amicable terms with the school and parish community, and we are deeply grateful for her many years of leadership and dedication to Catholic education.
Be a practicing Catholic in good standing with the Church
Demonstrate a clear commitment to the mission and philosophy of Catholic education
Hold a Master's degree in educational leadership, administration, or a related field
Have a minimum of five (5) years of teaching experience
, preferably in a Catholic school settingPossess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Foster and strengthen the Catholic identity and faith life of the school community
Encourage participation in the sacramental life and spiritual formation of students and families
Promote high academic expectations and sound instructional practices
Work collaboratively with the pastor, faculty, staff, and families to support the mission of the school
Cultivate a welcoming and supportive environment for students and families from diverse backgrounds
Embrace the school’s commitment to serving families who seek a faith-centered education rooted in community, care, and opportunity
This position is especially suited for a leader who views Catholic education not simply as a profession, but as a ministry of service to children and families

Salary will be competitive and negotiable depending on qualifications and experience.
