Customer Service Representative

Sirius Staffing is currently hiring for a Customer Service Representative for a full-time position based in West Monroe, LA.

Pay Range: $14.00 per hour

Schedule:

Monday
- Friday. 8a-5p

The Customer Service Representative will interact directly with customers to provide information, resolve inquiries, and ensure a high level of satisfaction with products and services. This role involves handling customer questions, processing orders, addressing complaints, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely resolution and service delivery.

• Respond to customer inquiries in person, by phone, or by mail regarding accounts, products, services, pricing, and shipping.
• Resolve issues related to orders, returns, special requests, or complaints.
• Maintain accurate records and investigate discrepancies or errors.
• Coordinate with other departments to address customer concerns and ensure service needs are met.
• Provide product or service recommendations and upsell additional services when appropriate.
• May review customer credit records and occasionally visit customer locations to assist with orders or issue resolution.

• High School Diploma
• 2 years of related experience (preferred)
