Sales Representative

Salary: $45,000 - $60,000/year (Based on experience)

Schedule:

Monday-Friday + rotating Saturdays

What You'll Do:

As the go-to contact for customers, you'll guide them through their service experience with professionalism and confidence. You'll:

• Manage customer inquiries and ensure a smooth service process
• Recommend services or products based on customer needs
• Open and close work orders while addressing customer concerns
• Keep customers informed on progress, timelines, and updates
• Provide product and vehicle insights with clarity and confidence
• Foster strong customer relationships that encourage return business
• Create a positive, seamless experience from start to finish

What You Bring to the Table:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of inside sales or customer service experience (automotive preferred)
• Working knowledge of vehicle maintenance and service
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Friendly, professional attitude and a proactive work ethic
• Valid U.S. driver's license
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
