Are you a seasoned procurement professional ready to take the lead in both indirect and direct purchasing? We’re seeking a strategic and results-driven Procurement Senior Manager to elevate supply chain operations and drive financial impact.
Your Impact- Lead sourcing and procurement of both indirect (e.g., office supplies, equipment, travel) and direct categories (e.g., raw materials, production services).
- Develop strategies for supplier selection, negotiations, purchasing contracts, and supplier performance.
- Manage a high-performing procurement team—hire, coach, mentor, and hold team members accountable.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to align procurement activities with company objectives, budgets, and timelines.
- Own vendor relationships, evaluate performance, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders and present insights and recommendations to executive leadership.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (or equivalent work experience).
Proven leadership experience: managing teams and guiding complex procurement programs.
Expertise in strategic sourcing, contract administration, supplier management, and negotiation.
Strong analytical ability, business acumen, and experience managing operational and financial results.
Skilled communicator—able to influence at all levels and navigate ambiguity.
Self-starter who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
CompensationCompetitive pay
: $150,000–$175,000 annually (based on experience).
Bonus: 20%
