Join us as our RN Supervisor!

Base pay: $72,800.00 – $83,200.00 per year.

Sign‑on bonus: $3,500.

Full‑time, hourly rate $40.00 – $45.00.

• Actively engage in the health care team, offering both direct and indirect care to patients, families, and legal guardians.
• Assess the physical and psychological conditions of patients continuously throughout their care journey.
• Utilize the nursing process in alignment with the philosophy, objectives, values, mission, and core principles of the organization.
• Uphold a safe therapeutic environment grounded in core values.
• Collaborate as an integral member of the multidisciplinary treatment team, actively contributing to the development, implementation, and documentation of tailored goals and interventions based on patient strengths and psychiatric challenges.
• Provide supervision to staff assigned to your shift.
• Contribute to the hospital's philosophy, objectives, educational and performance improvement efforts.

• Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing;
  Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a psychiatric health‑care facility.
• Currently licensed to practice by the Georgia Board of Nursing.
• Thorough knowledge of The Joint Commission, CMS, OSHA requirements, and state and federal regulatory requirements.
• CPR certification and successful completion of CPI within 90 days of employment.
