Registered Nurse- Pediatric Home Care

Job Description

Little Love Healthcare Services is a nurse-founded home care agency committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate care to children and families throughout Georgia. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to provide dedicated 1:1 care for a 4-year-old child in the comfort of their home.

Client Requires:

• Central line care
• TPN (Total Parenteral Nutrition) Administration
• Ongoing IV therapy
• Ostomy care
• Activities of daily living (ADLs) and developmental support

Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for a nurse who is:

• Experienced in pediatric central line care, TPN administration, and ostomy management
• Confident with IV therapy and infection control practices
• Gentle, patient, and family-centered
• Reliable and able to work 36–40 hours/week on a consistent basis

Requirements:

• Active RN or LPN license in Georgia
• Minimum 1 year pediatric or medically fragile experience required
• Experience with central lines, TPN, IV, and ostomy care
• Current CPR and first aid certification
• Negative TB test and clean background check
• Comfortable working in a home setting with parents and family present

Schedule:
Set days and times will be discussed during the interview, but consistency and reliability are required.
