Job Title:
A&R Clinician
We are looking for an A&R Clinician to assist in responding to referrals and requests for services and information. The A&R Clinician assesses clients of all ages and collaborates with a physician to determine an appropriate disposition. The A&R Clinician provides technical assistance to the discharge planning process, under the direction of the Director of A&R. As the first contact with the community, the A&R Clinician excels at providing resources and support to callers and walk‑ins, and provides general support to the case management program.
Must be able to work nights and weekends. LCSW or LPC required.
