Job Summary

As a Manufacturing Production Worker
, you'll play an essential role in our custom framing process by producing high-quality frames that meet precise specifications and consistently exceed customer expectations. Working with our production team, you'll be responsible for accurately pulling and inspecting materials to ensure they are ready for the cutting process. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality directly support the overall production flow and help maintain high standards throughout downstream operations.

• Follow work orders to pull moulding that matches product specifications and is ready for the next stage of production
• Track and record daily moulding output, including total footage pulled
• Inspect moulding for damage and consistency before marking and sending it for cutting
• Maintain vertical carts to support continuous production and prevent delays
• Report concerns to the supervisor and contribute to resolving issues as they arise
• Work efficiently to meet daily production targets and support department goals
• Assist with saw, framing, and joining tasks as needed to help meet overall production requirements
• Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a safe work environment
• Support other tasks as assigned to ensure operational effectiveness
