The RoleWe’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Account Coordinator – National Accounts to partner with our National Account Manager and ensure flawless execution across our key retail accounts. This role is vital to keeping our operations smooth, enabling the National Account Manager to focus on building relationships and driving strategic growth.
The ideal candidate is highly organized and detail-oriented, with prior experience in an administrative role, and thrives on accuracy, organization, and improving processes. Additionally, while this role is fully onsite, it also allows for scheduling flexibility and could be compatible with a school day schedule.
What You’ll Do- Support the National Account Manager with execution‑related tasks for accounts within their portfolio, ensuring the NAM can focus on sales strategy and partner growth.
- Monitor purchase orders, resolve discrepancies, and track inventory or fulfillment issues; elevate to the NAM as needed.
- Collaborate with Customer Service, Marketing, Licensing, Production, and Art teams to keep account deliverables on schedule.
- Support the National Accounts Team with order entry, account setup, and data maintenance, while providing backup coverage for existing support staff.
- Enter and maintain account‑related data in internal systems, ensuring accuracy across products, pricing, inventory, and UPCs.
- Review partner websites to ensure products, images, and pricing are accurate, and request updates when needed.
- Coordinate updates related to licensed marks, product changes, pricing, and images.
