Cleaning Operative Supervisor

Overview

Due to the high demand for our services, we are looking for a Cleaning Operative Supervisor who is honest, hardworking and reliable to join our company.

• Carry out cleaning duties as well as administration work.
• Work alongside a team of Cleaning Operatives and act as a mentor within your role as Cleaning Operative Supervisor.
• Changing and making beds
• Sanitisation of all areas of client properties
• Dusting & polishing
• Hovering, sweeping & mopping
• Window cleaning (internal only)
• Use of washing machines, tumble dryers and dishwashers
• Oven cleaning
• Fridge & freezer cleaning
• Clearance
• Decluttering
• Deep & standard cleaning
• Ironing & putting away laundry
• Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times
• Administration
• Must be well organised
• Must meet set deadlines
• Carry out spot checks in line with company policies & procedures
• Carry out supervisions & appraisals
• Supervising a Team of Cleaning Operatives
• Providing On-Call Support (out of hours emergencies) including weekdays, weekends & bank holidays on a set rota basis
• Must be confident in using computers, phone systems and IT systems
