Dispenser NVQ

Responsibilities

• Supporting the pharmacy team with counter sales and stock replenishment
• Delivering exceptional service across both the pharmacy counter and dispensary
• Ensuring customers and patients are served with care, efficiency, and professionalism
• Maintaining high standards of presentation and merchandising
• Either NVQ Level 2 in Dispensing (or equivalent) OR a keen interest in healthcare to begin your pharmacy career with us as a trainee pharmacy assistant.
• No prior experience required - just a passion for healthcare and customer service.
• A friendly, positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work well in a team or independently.
• Confidence to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Passionate about learning and open to training in additional services.

Hours:

16 hours per week, Monday‑Friday and occasional Saturdays/holiday overtime.

Salary: £13.30 per hour (Dispenser) / Up to £12.50 per hour depending on age (Trainee pharmacy assistant).
