Key Responsibilities:

* Provide effective support within the classroom to facilitate a positive learning environment

* Collaborate closely with the Class Teacher to deliver tailored support based on individual student needs

* Assist with classroom management and promote student engagement

* Support the development of pupils in the foundation phase, fostering social, emotional, and academic growth

* Prepare resources and assist with lesson activities as directed by the teacher

* Promote inclusive learning practices and create a safe, welcoming space for all pupils

Ideal Candidate

Skills & Requirements:

* Previous experience working with primary school children, especially in the foundation phase

* Strong communication and teamwork skills

* Compassionate, patient, and enthusiastic about supporting young learners

* Ability to adapt in a dynamic classroom setting

* Relevant DBS check or willingness to undertake one (if applicable)
