Schedule:

• Monday–Friday | 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM
• 40 hours/week

Pay Range:

• $31.49 – $44.46/hour (based on experience)

Sign-On Bonus Options:

• $5,000 – 1-year commitment
• $10,000 – 2-year commitment
• $20,000 – 3-year commitment

Position Overview

We are seeking a Clinical Laboratory Scientist / Medical Technologist to join a high-quality clinical laboratory team. In this role, you will perform routine and complex laboratory testing that directly supports accurate diagnosis and patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine and complex clinical laboratory tests per established procedures
• Review, verify, and report test results with accuracy and attention to detail
• Conduct routine preventative maintenance, calibration, and minor troubleshooting of lab instruments
• Follow quality control, safety, and regulatory standards
• Document results and maintain compliance with laboratory policies
• Assist with blood specimen collection as needed
• Support training of laboratory staff and students

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in clinical laboratory science, Medical Technology, or related field
• ASCP or AMT certification (required)
• Open to new graduates
• Ability to work evening shifts and rotating weekends
