We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Plant Operator & Truck Driver to join our clients growing team. This dual-role position is responsible for operating processing equipment within a regulated facility and transporting materials to and from customer locations in a safe, compliant, and professional manner.
Pay: CA $17.40-CA $20.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
Plant Operations:
Operate a forkliftMonitor machinery and report mechanical or safety issuesPerform routine inspections, cleaning, and preventive maintenanceEnsure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulationsAccurately complete production logs and required documentationMaintain a clean and organized work environmentTruck Driving:
Safely operate company vehicles to transport materials between customer sites and processing facilitiesLoad and unload materials in accordance with safety protocolsConduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspectionsMaintain accurate transportation records and manifestsProvide professional and courteous customer serviceQualifications:
Valid Class 5 with air breaksClean driving recordExperience operating industrial equipment preferredStrong attention to safety and regulatory complianceAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically active environmentStrong communication and organizational skillsHigh school diploma or equivalentBenefits:
