As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will use Python and Django to build next-gen applications that shape the future of business, rather than maintaining legacy systems.

Your New Role

You will be part of a dynamic and supportive team, playing a key role in shaping the companys technical strategy, leading system design, and driving innovation. You will collaborate with the internal teams to build and optimize cloud-native applications, develop robust integrations, and guide junior developers. Your contributions will directly impact the platforms scalability, security, and performance.

What You Will Need to Succeed

To be considered for this position, candidates must have:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in software development and system architecture, with expertise in open-source tools and technologies.
• Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud) and experience deploying scalable cloud-native applications.
• Proficiency in Python/Django and frontend frameworks like React
  
  JS, VueJS, or NextJS.
• Hands-on experience with microservices architecture, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and API development.
• Strong knowledge of database management (Postgre
  
  SQL, MySQL, Open Search, or similar technologies).
• Experience in CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and ensuring software reliability.
• Leadership skills to mentor and guide junior developers, while making critical technical decisions.
• Background in the manufacturing or service industries is a plus.
