Paladin Security Group (NB) Ltd. is looking for individuals who could work on multiple environments.

  Casual Security Guard (possibility to get Full-Time)

• Patrol Grounds: Conduct regular rounds of premises, including parking areas, hallways, entrances, and exits, to ensure the safety and security of the site.
• Monitor Surveillance Systems: Operate security cameras and alarm systems, ensuring any suspicious activity is reported immediately to the appropriate authorities.
• Access Control: Monitor and control entry points, ensuring that only authorized individuals are allowed access to restricted areas.
• Respond to Emergencies: Act quickly in emergency situations, such as medical emergencies, fire alarms, or security threats. Assist staff as needed during crises and evacuations.
• Provide Customer Service: Greet and assist visitors and staff. Provide directions and ensure that guests adhere to policies and procedures.
• Conflict Resolution: De-escalate tense situations, resolve conflicts, and ensure that all interactions are handled calmly and professionally.
• Report Writing: Document daily activities, incidents, or accidents accurately. Complete reports on incidents, breaches, and security concerns.
• Collaboration with Staff: Work closely with staff and local law enforcement to provide a coordinated security effort and ensure the safety of all parties involved.

• COVID vaccine, two doses
• Immunization records for Mumps, Measles, Rubella, Varicella, and two-step TB skin test
• English (oral and written) and/or French (oral and written) depending on the site
• Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field preferred.
• Must be able to provide certifications in Use of Force (UOF) and/or Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB)
• Applicants lacking these certifications can opt into Paladin's UOF/MOAB training program prior to onboarding to ensure they meet the requirements of the position
• Please be aware:
  The UOF/MOAB training is not paid as it is a pre‑requisite; however, Paladin will cover all costs of the training with a 6‑month commitment to the position/availability
