Paladin Security Group (NB) Ltd. is looking for individuals who could work on multiples environment.
Position Details:
Position: Mobile Security Operator
Shifts: Overnights all week
Rotations: Two weeks rotations (one week of 41 hours and the other 43 hours)
Pay: Bi-weekly with the average of 84 hours per pay.
Overtime: Overtime (excess of 44 hours)
Payrate: $ 20/hour
Key responsibilities:
Patrol Grounds: Patrol the site by foot and vehicle to ensure safety and prevent unauthorized access.Monitor Surveillance Systems: Operate security cameras and alarm systems, ensuring any suspicious activity is reported immediately to the appropriate authorities.Access Control
:
Monitor and control entry points, ensuring that only authorized individuals are allowed access to restricted areas.Respond to Emergencies: Act quickly in emergency situations, such as medical emergencies, fire alarms, or security threats. Assist staff as needed during crises and evacuations.Provide Customer Service: Enforce rules, control access points, and de-escalate situations with professionalism.Conflict Resolution: De-escalate tense situations, resolve conflicts, and ensure that all interactions are handled calmly and professionally.Report Writing: Document daily activities, incidents, or accidents accurately. Complete reports on incidents, breaches, and security concerns.Collaboration with Staff

Work closely with staff and local law enforcement to provide a coordinated security effort and ensure the safety of all parties involved.Prerequisites:
English (oral and written) and French (oral)Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field preferred.Computer SkillsDriver Licence Class 5 with clean abstractsAble to accept a request from Sterling BackcheckKnowledge of Moncton & Dieppe areaMust be able to provide certifications in Use of Force (UOF) and / or Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB)Applicants lacking these certifications can opt into Paladin's UoF/MOAB training program prior to their onboarding training to ensure they meet the requirements of the positionPlease be aware:
