Venor is proud to partner with our client, PF Collins, in the recruitment of a Regional Sales Representative. We are looking for a results driven professional who is able to identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients. This is a remote sales position, with the ideal candidate based in either the Halifax Regional Municipality or the City of Moncton. This position requires regular travel within the Maritime region.

What you’ll be doing :
  • Establishing new contacts through networking and referrals.
  • Closely manage a balanced sales funnel, from start to finish, while continually securing new business.
  • Provide a solution-based sales approach to drive new business across multiple lines of services.
  • Develop, execute, and monitor strategic and tactical goals to maximize sales, profit and to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded.
  • Provide the leadership team with territory and customer trends.
What you’ll bring:
  • Post Secondary Education in a related field.
  • High degree of self-motivation, a self-starter and driven.
  • Strong sense of motivation to succeed in a competitive market.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills as well as sales/closing skills.
  • Local knowledge of the region is an asset.
  • Previous experience in international trade or project logistics would be an asset.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, prioritizes sales targets, and has a proven record in delivering high-quality services and positive client experiences. This role requires working independently with the support of a dynamic team who prioritizes safety, quality, and collaboration.
