Our Industry Leading Client has asked Mac Donald Search Group to search for a new Assistant Branch Manager/AGM for their Moncton, NB based facility.

Essential Skills & QualificationsLeadership & Communication: Strong ability to guide teams, resolve conflicts, and communicate effectively.Problem-Solving: Excellent decision-making and issue-resolution skills.Adaptability: Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment.Education: High school diploma minimum; a degree in Business may be preferred. 5 years' experience in a management role is an asset.Language: Bilingualism an asset.Monitoring sales performance and reporting to management.Competitive compensation package with a strong base salary in the $80k-$95k range, annual performance bonus at 15%, full benefits, vacation and 5% RRSP Match
